Lindsay & Tyler in the Highchair

Lindsay turned 5 months last week and in following with Tyler's timeline, she went in her high chair for the first time tonight! She loved it! Tyler also went in his when he turned 5 months. Also, daddy fed both of them their first little 'meal' in their high chair. Here's a comparison of the two of them :)

Visit with the Babiaks

We had a fun time going up to visit Leslie, Chris & Sean up in Northern Maryland on Saturday. We spent the day there and we all had a great time. Leslie and Chris made us a delicious dinner and Tyler really enjoyed playing with Sean!

Our 'Long' Weekend

We were looking forward to our long weekend. Unfortunatly, all 4 of us were sick with colds at once! On Saturday we did get out of the house to go to a bday party for a neighbor. It was at Chuck-e-Cheese, but Tyler seems to insist that its called 'Taco Cheese' :) Anyway, Lindsay had a rough weekend...we are going to chalk up her fussiness to teething since the doctor told us that her two top teeth were coming in.

We had a nice day on Monday and most of the family was feeling better. Tyler went for a ride on his 4 wheeler from Aunt Erin & Uncle Andy. He had lots of fun!

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! Here are some pics of the kids. We weren't too successful on getting too many good shots. Tyler had a fun day with a party at school. He got to enjoy some cupcakes and cookies with his friends :)

Doctor Visits

We were supposed to go up and visit Leslie in Maryland this weekend, but our plans changed! Tyler started to get sick on Wednesday night and I stayed home with him on Thursday. Then Lindsay got a fever on Thursday and I stayed home with her on Friday. The doctor said that Lindsay had a little bug and that her two top teeth were starting to come in! Well, just when we thought Tyler was feeling better....he was up coughing all night on Friday and on Saturday the doctor said he had croup again! Therefore, between the two of them, Trev and I did not get much sleep this weekend at all! We stayed in on Saturday and made 1 trip out of the house on Sunday morning to go to....Target! I know, we are so exciting. Anyway, the pics below are of the kids bundled up before we left for Target! Even though they were both sick...they looked so cute :)

Meeting Baby Claire!

I was so excited to finally meet my friend Christi's daughter, Claire Sophia Howard. Christi is one of my VA friends who I met through doing her wedding invitations and she also works at Orbital and is my 'scrapbooking friend'. Claire is 4 weeks old and sooo cute! She's a beautiful baby and I am excited for her and Lindsay to be little buddies!

Ethan & Drew's Bday Party

We had a fun weekend. On Saturday, we went to our neighbor's, Ethan & Drew's birthday party at the firehouse. Tyler had a really good time as you can see from the pics below. He especially enjoyed decorating his own cupcake and learning how to 'stop, drop and roll'!! Then on Sunday we were back to the firehouse for the pancake breakfast, which is another one of Tyler's favorite things to do. And then we watched the superbowl with the Coronels also. Go Giants!!

Our First Post!

Welcome to our first blog posting! After seeing all of the cool blogs that our friends have been making, we decided to make our own. What a great way to share what's going on with us with our family and friends. 2007 was quite an exciting year for us with the addition of Lindsay to our family on 9/21/07. We feel so lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful family. We couldn't be any happier!!!
